3- Engage in meaningful meetings with the German ministries and various international organizations based in Berlin.

Paris Delegation:
1- Evening Dinner: October 13th
2- Meetings: October 14th (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and October 15th (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
3- Engage in meaningful meetings with the French ministries and various international organizations based in Paris.

Rome Delegation:
1- Evening Dinner: November 3rd
2- Meetings: November 4th (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and November 5th (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
3- Engage in meaningful meetings with the Italian ministries and various international organizations based in Rome.

Budapest Delegation:
1- Evening Dinner: November 10th
2- Meetings: November 11th and 12th (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
3- Engage with key EU policymakers and representatives, Hungarian Ministries, and international organizations based in Budapest.

London Delegation:
1- Evening Dinner: November 24th
2- Meetings: November 25th (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and November 26th (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
3- Engage in meaningful meetings with the UK ministries and various international organizations based in London.
