Project Manager Contaminated Sites / Building Demolition (m/f/d) - 100% Remote
Your daily tasks:
- You are responsible for the technical planning and design of geothermal systems using open (well systems) and closed systems (geothermal probes, collectors, etc.)
- You create feasibility studies and take over the technical planning from preliminary planning to execution planning.
- As part of the projects, you prepare tender documents and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
- As a technical project manager, you support the construction management.
- You will also act as a communicative interface to all those involved in the project.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor or Master´s Degree in Geosciences, Hydrogeology, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energies, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in the area of geothermal energy / energy concepts / renewable energies
- Motivated to acquire specialized knowledge through internal and external training.
- Knowledge of EED and/or EWS is desirable. Familiarity with Feflow and AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
