Client Crunch Specialist – German Speaking (m/f/d) - 100% remote

Your Mission:

As a Client Crunch Specialist in our dynamic and remote-based team, you will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing client relationships while leveraging our CRM and data analytics capabilities. Your primary objective will be to identify high-value prospects within our CRM database, develop tailored engagement strategies, and drive initiatives aimed at both client acquisition and retention. Working closely with our sales and marketing departments, you'll be pivotal in steering our business growth through strategic outreach and relationship management.

Your daily tasks:

  • Proactively identify and target potential clients and partners through advanced CRM data analysis techniques.
  • Develop and execute personalized client acquisition and engagement strategies, utilizing insights derived from data science methodologies.
  • Ensure meticulous maintenance and updating of the CRM system to support effective client management and outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to orchestrate and implement high-impact, targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Regularly assess the success of client engagement efforts, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as necessary.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on optimizing CRM usage and applying data insights to enhance client relations and acquisition strategies.
  • Excel in managing client expectations and fostering lasting relationships to contribute directly to business development and revenue growth.


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on sales and client relationship management.
  • 3 + years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations, with expertise in CRM management and data-driven strategy formulation.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and MS Office suite, with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to identify and capitalize on client engagement opportunities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, showcasing effective networking skills and the capacity to build productive relationships.
  • B1 or higher German Language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech Savvy (familiar with working tools such as CRM Software, Project Management Tools, MS Office Suite
