Intune Administrator (m/f/d) - 100% Remote
Your Mission:
We are looking for an experienced Intune Administrator who possesses a deep understanding of Microsoft Intune and its extensive capabilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing and configuring Intune to meet the organization's requirements effectively. Additionally, proficiency in packaging applications and deploying them through Intune is crucial for this role.
Your daily tasks:
- Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Intune, responsible for managing and maintaining Intune infrastructure and configurations.
- Design, implement, and enforce Intune policies for device management, compliance, security, and application management.
- Package applications efficiently and effectively for deployment through Intune, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration with existing systems.
- Oversee the enrollment process of devices into Intune, including provisioning, registration, and configuration.
- Implement security measures within Intune to safeguard organizational data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to Intune configurations, policies, and deployments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Intune configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and application development, to align Intune configurations and deployments with organizational goals and requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest Intune features, enhancements, and best practices, and recommend improvements to optimize Intune utilization and performance.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience in administering Microsoft Intune, including configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in packaging applications for deployment through Intune, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Intune Management Extension (IME) or Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) concepts, including device enrollment, compliance policies, and remote wipe capabilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, including Entra ID and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- - Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Intune certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Intune and Azure Administrator Associate).
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and customization tasks.
- Knowledge of modern management technologies such as Windows Autopilot and co-management with Configuration Manager (CoM).
