Assistant to Chairman - Project Managment & Controlling (m/f/d) - 100% Remote
Your Mission:
Your role involves providing comprehensive support to our Chairman in overseeing project timelines, financial budgets, and ensuring the strategic objectives of our projects are met with efficiency and precision. This role is pivotal in facilitating our organization's success and requires a candidate who is not only proactive but also excels in managing complex projects and financial controls.
Your daily tasks:
- Participating in meetings with the Chairman, documenting the discussions, and ensuring follow-through on decided actions.
- Overseeing the project management cycle, including tracking project timelines, financial budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conducting thorough research and compiling information to support project decisions and presentations.
- Preparing detailed reports, documents, and presentations related to project performance and financial controls.
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with international university backgrounds.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting senior management with a focus on project management and financial controlling.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management software, and financial tracking tools.
- Previous experience in project management, administrative support, or financial controlling is highly desirable.
