TECH Forum Specialist – Virtual Event & Webinars

(m/f/d) - 100% Remote

Your daily tasks:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of webinars and virtual events, including but not limited to panel discussions, workshops, product launches, and networking sessions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and speakers to ensure seamless event execution from conception to post-event follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans to ensure all deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Oversee technical aspects of virtual events, including platform selection, setup, troubleshooting, and attendee support.
  • Manage event registration, promotion, and communication strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to virtual events and webinar platforms.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to enhance event offerings and partnerships.
  • Provide support for other marketing and communication initiatives as needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning, specifically focused on webinars and virtual events..
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams) and familiarity with event management software/tools.
  • Passion for technology and a genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of our tech forum community.
  • Plus would be experience with graphic design, video editing, or other multimedia content creation tools.
