Customer Satisfaction Specialist – German Speaking (m/f/d) - 100% Remote

Your daily tasks:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication to address inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gauge satisfaction levels, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and fostering loyalty, such as organizing client appreciation events, conducting surveys, and implementing personalized follow-up initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress and client interactions to proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring a smooth client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, feedback, and interactions using CRM software or other tracking tools, and generate regular reports as required. 
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to showcase client success stories, testimonials, and case studies that demonstrate the value proposition of our company.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a related role, preferably within the engineering consulting industry.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in German at C1 level or higher.
  • Demonstrated track record of effectively managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong German communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.C1 or higher
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
