Software Engineer(Fortran) (m/f/d)-Taiwan-100% remote
Your mission:
During the next years EU Tech wants to improve its brand and increase its overall performance.
Your daily tasks:.
- Design, develop, and maintain Fortran-based software applications, libraries, and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design software solutions, and implement features.
- Optimize Fortran code for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug issuesF,and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to Fortran development.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Fortran programming language, with a deep understanding of its features, nuances, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and optimizing Fortran code for performance.
- Experience with parallel programming and optimization techniques in Fortran.
- Familiarity with scientific computing libraries and tools commonly used in Fortran development.
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as C/C++ or Python.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
