We are currently building our team and now searching for

HR Expert - German speaking (m/f/d) - 100% Remote

Your daily tasks:

  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across all departments and levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the selection of qualified individuals.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and facilitate their integration into the organization.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Mediate disputes and facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure appropriate resolution.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement strategies and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Coordinate with department heads to deliver training sessions and workshops.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. 
  • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentives, and employee perks.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on enrollment and eligibility.
  • Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's Degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR roles with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • German (C1 or higher) and English communication skills, must be fluent in both written and verbal. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software.
