IT Service Desk Specialist Support L-3 - 100 % remote
You support our team members by finding solutions for their IT-related questions and tasks in a quick and efficient manner.
Your daily tasks:
- Support our employees in all IT-related queries.
- Working & resolution of IT Service desk tickets in timely manner.
- Troubleshooting of client System/ Network, Printers, Scanners, Access permissions, etc.
- Develop and build security policies and procedures for Cloud Systems & Networks.
- Implement firewalls and ensure IT security requirements.
- Ongoing tracking and working on tickets and tasks.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology or relevant fields.
- 5+ years’ experience of professional experience in an IT position at Level 2 and 3
- 2-3 years in remote support help desk environment.
- Knowledge of working with IT Helpdesk systems like Share suite, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Server.
- Deployment of Microsoft Sentinel.
- Good knowledge of System Trouble shooting Print Servers, Scanner, File Servers, User Access Management GPO, Azure Active Directory and endpoint manager.
- Advanced experience in networks and firewalls.
- Advance knowledge of remote management tools like Tactical RMM, Team viewer, Any Desk, etc.
- Efficient and professional communication in English language
- Candidates with certifications in Networks & Systems will be preferred.
