IT Asset and Procurement Coordinator (m/f/d) - 100% Remote

Your mission:

During the next years EU Tech wants to improve its brand and increase its overall performance. 

Your daily tasks:

  • Collaborate with vendors, departments, project managers, internal IT teams, and business units for efficient procurement practices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Manage procurement contracts, purchase orders, and budget preparation.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Maintain procurement records and data in a centralized database.
  • Oversee the acquisition and management of software licenses, ensuring compliance and optimization of software assets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Establish strong coordination for deliveries and resolve procurement-related issues.
  • Receipt, distribute, and set up IT hardware and software.
  • Work closely with IT support teams to meet internal customer needs.
  • Assist in budget preparation for IT procurement.
  • Generate reports on procurement activities, expenses, and inventory status for management review.
  • Continually assess and improve procurement and asset management processes for increased efficiency and cost reduction.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3 + Years experience in IT procurement, asset management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware and software products.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, Contract and vendor Management skills.
  • Experience in Inventory Management and Budget and Reporting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Process Improvement.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and asset management tools.
  • Excellent English language, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability to work independently and as part of a team in an Agile environment
