Corporate Lawyer (m/f/d) - 100% remote

Your mission:

During the next years EU Tech wants to improve its brand and increase its overall performance. 

Your daily tasks:

  • Handle a range of corporate matters and contract management related procedures/documentations
  • Manage documentation for litigation matters and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on timely basis
  • Analyze matter and ensure compliance of corporate laws in execution of matters
  • Providing support on various corporate policies and corporate governance matters.

What we are looking for:

  • A law degree (or Graduate Diploma in Law) and Legal Practice Course qualification.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in Corporate Legal matters, Contract Management, and Litigation Procedures preferably conducting due diligence in connection with corporate process at a law firms.
  • Must be conscientious and proactive Lawyer
  • Ability to work in a team, high quality awareness, and self-organization
  • German Language skills will be a plus.
