Training & Development Executive

We are currently building our team and now searching for

Training and Development Executive – German Speaking (m/f/d) - 100% remote

Your daily tasks:

  • Conducts orientation and leads onboarding of new employees.
  • Develop effective induction programs.
  • Design, and manage training and development programs based on the identified needs of training.
  • Monitor and review the progress of new employees and provide timely and constructive feedback.
  • Promote a work culture of continuing improvement and development.
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and development.
  • Assist Human resource professionals whenever required on project.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in relevant field.
  • Must have Advanced level German Language Skills (Speaking, Writing, Listening).
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the Training and Development/HR Department.
  • Strong presentation skills and analytical skills.
  • Able to use working tools (MS Office Word/PPT/Excel, CRM/Project Management Software).
