Training & Development Executive

We are currently building our team and now searching for
Training and Development Executive – German Speaking (m/f/d) - 100% remote
Your daily tasks:
- Conducts orientation and leads onboarding of new employees.
- Develop effective induction programs.
- Design, and manage training and development programs based on the identified needs of training.
- Monitor and review the progress of new employees and provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Promote a work culture of continuing improvement and development.
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and development.
- Assist Human resource professionals whenever required on project.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in relevant field.
- Must have Advanced level German Language Skills (Speaking, Writing, Listening).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the Training and Development/HR Department.
- Strong presentation skills and analytical skills.
- Able to use working tools (MS Office Word/PPT/Excel, CRM/Project Management Software).
