Project Lead Engineering (ESG/CSRD) (m/f/d) - 100% Remote

Your daily tasks:

  • In-depth Understanding of Sustainability and ESG: Deep knowledge of sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, practices, and trends, crucial for guiding the team and project direction.
  • Expertise in GRI Standards: Proficiency in the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, essential for ensuring accurate and comprehensive sustainability reporting.
  • Sustainability Strategy Development: Ability to develop and implement effective sustainability strategies that align with organizational goals and ESG criteria.
  • Integration of ESG Factors into Business: Skills in integrating ESG factors into business operations and decision-making processes, ensuring that sustainability is a core aspect of the project.
  • Sustainability Reporting and Communication: Experience in creating, reviewing, and finalizing sustainability reports that meet GRI standards and effectively communicate ESG performance to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement: Ability to identify and engage with key stakeholders on sustainability and ESG matters, ensuring their perspectives and needs are considered in the project.
  • Regulatory and Policy Understanding: Knowledge of relevant sustainability and ESG regulations, policies, and frameworks at both international and local levels.
  • Data-Driven Sustainability Insights: Competence in interpreting sustainability data and metrics, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Training and Capacity Building: Ability to train and build capacity within the team on sustainability, ESG, and GRI reporting practices.
  • Ethical Leadership and Corporate Responsibility: Demonstrating ethical leadership and a commitment to corporate social responsibility in all aspects of project management.
  • Continuous Learning and Development in Sustainability: Keeping abreast of the latest developments, best practices, and innovations in sustainability, ESG, and GRI reporting.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environment engineering.
  • Expertise in leading projects ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and Sustainability.
  • Tech Savvy (familiar with working tools such as CRM Software, Project Management Tools, MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with statistical techniques and machine learning concepts is a plus.
  • Excellent English Language skills.
