The EU Tech Chamber gladly invites you our next Digital Panel of the EU Tech Women In Tech Commission on the topic “How to free your different type of Intelligence to leverage Technology “.

Every day we consume more technology, these open many possibilities and opportunities in business and as a society. Business and technology companies need more creative minds and soft skills, thinkers, and leaders as well.

To create this new environment as a society, we need to create a more diverse and inclusive workforce with different types of people, cultures, and emotional structures.

Women often face barriers throughout their careers that force them to develop the emotional intelligence skills they need to advance in their organizations, benefiting their ability to: cope with pressure, build trust, negotiate, influence others and take smart risks.

The female workforce should be as successful as possible, but many of them are wasting their advantages by trying to act like men.

Every person, men or women can find ways to build a better emotional intelligence and benefit for it.
