In today’s webinar, speakers highlighted both challenges and opportunities in the energy sector and fintech landscape. They discussed new funding avenues for energy projects, emphasizing the role of ESCOs in enabling small and medium enterprises to participate in energy funding programs.

To address this topic, the EU Tech Chamber (EUTECH) APAC Alliance organized a webinar on 16th February 2024. The topic under discussion was “APAC Investments: Challenges, Opportunities for Owners and Investors”.

The webinar started off with a short overview of the organization and a formal introduction of the panelists by our moderator, Mohsin Raza who is the coordinator of APAC Alliance.

The webinar commenced with our keynote speaker, Alexander Ablaza, Climargy Inc.) The other two panelists for today’s webinar were:

Additionally, micro-lending trends in the APAC region were explored, alongside the transformative impact of fintech innovations such as universal QR codes in facilitating low-cost transfers, though the overarching challenge remains navigating regulatory frameworks.
