To delve into this dynamic topic, the EU Tech Chamber (EUTECH) APAC Alliance organised a webinar on 15 March 2024. The topic under discussion was, “APAC & Nearshoring: Local Impact Through Global Localization Strategies”.

The webinar started off with a short overview of the organisation and a formal introduction of the panellists by Mohsin Raza, who is the coordinator of the APAC Alliance.

The event commenced with a compelling introduction by keynote speaker Iffat Rose Gill, who provided a comprehensive overview of nearshoring and explored its prospects and implications within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Panellist Florencio Cuervo enriched the discussion by sharing his enlightening experiences spanning across Europe & APAC region and delving into the innovations in green transportation. Alongside, panellist Kiran Kaifi contributed profound insights on the subject, further deepening the dialogue.

The conversation seamlessly transitioned under the guidance of coordinator Mohsin Raza and panellists, who detailed the intricacies of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) awards. This prestigious recognition celebrates entities that have made significant strides in aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. An esteemed panel of experts will identify the initial finalists, after which a public voting process will determine the ultimate winners—one for each of the 17 SDGs. The winners will be rewarded with an exclusive marketing and promotional support package from EUTECH, showcasing their commendable achievements and commitment to sustainable development.
