Mobility Alliance -Can We improve Mobility Management Using AI?

Can we improve mobility management using AI?

This is a question to only experts can answer rightly. With such an expert panel EUTECH Mobility Alliance held a successful webinar on Sep 20, 2022. 160 individuals from different regions of the globe registered for this insightful digital event.

All the speakers shared their expert opinions, concerns and recommendation and agreed upon AI has the potential to make traffic more efficient, ease traffic congestion, free driver’s time, make parking easier, and encourage car- and ridesharing.

Additionally, they said, as AI helps to keep road traffic flowing, it can also reduce fuel consumption caused by vehicles idling when stationary and improve air quality and urban planning.

Promoted by The EU Tech Chamber and the Mobility Alliance, this Digital Talk aimed to explore; what are the essential needs to improve AI for mobility management. What are the things you could think of and why should it be activated? For what kind of benefits should you use AI and what about privacy?
Biggest thanks to our keynote speaker Marcus Paleti for sharing his informed insights with our panelists. We are also thankful to Bernd Mattner for opening the webinar, Andy Hunt – Vodopivec & André Azevedo for their contribution to this super important topic. We are looking forward to continuing this conversation in our Digital talks.
Thank you, Serdar Yucel, Director of Mobility Alliance at EUTECH, for beautifully moderating the event and presenting Tree Certificates to our speakers.

Most of all, sincere thanks to all our attendees – your comment, compliments, and questions.

Stay tuned for our next Mobility Alliance Panel on 18 Oct 2022 about “How can we use policy to build an innovative and human-centered mobility ecosystem?”
