In the pursuit of a more equitable and sustainable economic landscape, inclusive economic growth places emphasis on empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). By supporting the development of SMEs, this approach becomes a catalyst for broader economic inclusivity and resilience.

To take a closer look, the EU Tech Chamber (EUTECH) SDG Alliance organized a webinar on November 16, 2023. The topic under discussion was, “Inclusive Economic Growth: Empowering Small and Medium-sized Enterprises”.

The webinar started off with a brief overview of the organization and a formal introduction of the panelists by Mr. Ali Mustajab Naqvi, who is the coordinator of the SDG Alliance.

During the webinar, the speakers delved into the pivotal theme of empowering Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) for growth. They underscored the significance of achieving alignment and cohesion within teams, emphasizing the clarity of purpose in addressing challenges collectively.

Furthermore, the speakers advocated for a three-pronged approach to SME growth, focusing on securing digital revenue sources, fostering a digital culture for booking, and strategically positioning the digital brand.

The discussion spotlighted effective marketing strategies for startups in the digital age. It emphasized the essentials, including digital assets, SEM, Display Ads, long-term SEO impact, and smart social media management. These insights were seen as vital for SMEs navigating the digital landscape.
