With over 120 registrants for our “Digital Investment Talk on “Achieving SDG7 & 13: Innovative Biomass & Waste Technologies for Energy and Biofuels Production” the Energy Council of the EU Tech Chamber could welcome again a highly interested and engaged audience.

The discussions have shown that international and in particular African-EU technology, finance & know-how cooperations will be crucial for achieving the SDGs, i.e. by by starting more local demonstration projects for later replication & upscaling.

To address such needs on a practical level we are delighted about the MoU established with our new cooperation Partner ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy (ECREEE).

Sincere thanks to our moderator Hyazinth ELAYO (ECREEE) who has made this a lively and insightful debate with the following panelists: Bah SAHO (ECREEE), Ashok CHAUDHURI (Ankur Scientific Energy Technologies), Georg RINGHOLZ (CEO TCC-Energy) and Dirk GERLACH (Modis GmbH – CC Leipzig).

Many thanks to our Chairman Florian von Tucher for his inspirational introduction as well as to all participants again for joining the debate.
