Goal 17: Revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development
Global solidarity is not only a moral imperative, it is in everyone’s interests. This pandemic reminded us that we human beings share so much in common and solutions are stronger when we unite.
This goal encompasses five crucial components; finance, capacity building, systemic issues, technology, and trade and binds all SDGs together. Solid international cooperation is needed now more than ever to ensure that countries have the means to recover from the pandemic, rebuilding to better achieve our Sustainable Development Goals.
EU Tech Chamber deeply believes that the advance of technology shall be in line with the development direction of the SDG goals and can only be realized with strong global partnerships and cooperation. Let’s seek common ground, spur innovation and be inclusive and constructive to find solutions for our global crisis.
