MOTEG GmbH (MOTEG) is an innovative technology company located in Flensburg, Germany, which develops and builds electrical machines (motors & generators).

Started with an engineering office in 2014, MOTEG has developed a strong competence in the field of auxiliary units for aerospace and automotive applications. 

Physics is its closest ally and together with the creativity, passion and experience of its development and process engineers, they have been able to master all technical and economic challenges of its customers.

Based on this, they have decided to develop its own products. MOTEG’s simulation capabilities and experience enable very short development cycles. As a result of its first own product development, a small production site was certified according to aerospace quality standards was set up in 2017. 

Since 2017, they have focused on the automotive sector of commercial vehicles. MOTEG advanced fast in the development of auxiliary units for buses and trucks, so that Products are already much lighter, smaller and quieter than the competition. MOTEG’s mission is to become the number one supplier for commercial vehicle auxiliary equipment in Europe. A successful go-to-market within the next two years will therefore be critical to the strategy and success of MOTEG
