Introducing our new Board Member: Müge Cöteli

The EU Tech Chamber (EU Tech Chamber) is delighted to introduce to you our Board Member of Ethics & SDGs Commission – Müge Cöteli.

Driven by her interest in building “just and sustainable ecosystems”, Müge specialized in International Corporate and Commercial Law after comprehensive studies at the Universities of Fribourg, Zurich and Maastricht. She completed her academic education with an International Executive MBA with a focus on impact, sustainability and entrepreneurship at the University of St. Gallen.

During her years at Swiss Re, she had the unique opportunity to leverage the latest technologies in the areas of Fintech, Insurtech and Legal Tech. She found ways to address and mitigate risks in developing regions and was one of the dedicated minds behind several digital solutions, notably in the microinsurance, health insurance and cyber insurance spaces.

She joined Cognizant in 2021 to consult companies in the areas of Digital Solutions and Business Model Innovation. Müge is a frequent public speaker at international conferences on topics around Business and Technology.

As Board Member of the Ethics & SDGs Commission of the EU Tech Chamber, Müge is committed to promoting the development of innovative solutions and business models helping to address the United Nations SDGs effectively. She will accompany European corporations in their efforts to access new business opportunities globally and will support the EU Tech Chamber (EU Tech Chamber) in building a community of thought leaders who strive to make use of technology for the greater good.
